1. How do I email my advisor?

When emailing your advisor, please include the following information:

  • Full name (and preferred name, if applicable)
  • Cohort (year of study)
  • CCID (Campus Computing ID)
  • Your concern or question

Your advisor can assist you with:

  • Transcript inquiries
  • English language score updates
  • General program information
  • Graduate school planning
  • Program feedback
2. How can I communicate with my advisor?

Advisors are available for email, online, or in-person meetings. Please contact your advisor to schedule an appointment or to discuss the best way to connect.

3. When do I need to meet the second-year English language threshold?

Students must submit proof of their English language proficiency by September of their second year to the AIS English Division.

4. Which English tests are accepted, and what scores are required?

We commonly receive results from the Duolingo English Test, IELTS, and TOEFL.
Please refer to the Admission website for the official list of accepted tests and required scores.

5. How do I sign up for additional English language support?

A sign-up sheet is provided every other week. Students may register during that time on a first-come, first-served basis.
