Simply select Enhanced Services when you submit your job requisition & recruitment services form. If you have opted out of enhanced support, your requisition will receive standard support from a Talent Acquisition coordinator and your HR Partner or HR Associate will also support as needed.

  • Consider your actions in the Career Portal -  All actions you take in the live Career Portal are tracked and may trigger system-generated notifications that may inadvertently impact candidates and hiring teams. For example, if a posting is still live, but a candidate (including internal applicants) is “rejected by the employer” in the system, the candidate will immediately receive a rejection notice, even if screening is still underway.
    • If you are unsure about the impacts of certain actions in the system, work with the Shared Services Talent Acquisition, Immigration, and Records team or your HR Partner for additional support through your hiring process.
  • Stay connected - Keeping up with your requisitions is easier than ever. Use the "send a message to my team" feature in the Career Portal to communicate directly with the TAIR team and track updates in real time. All messages sent through the Career Portal are automatically stored in the requisition file, keeping all recruitment decisions, and updates in one place. This helps maintain compliance, transparency, and an accurate record of your recruitment activity.
