Alberta continues to move forward with implementing a $15 minimum wage in the province by 2018, which is an unprecedented increase over a particularly short time horizon. In what began as a keynote talk to the Economics Society of Northern Alberta last September, Joseph Marchand of the 91³Ô¹ÏºÚÁÏÍø has now formally written up his thoughts about how we should broadly think about these minimum wage increases in Alberta in a recently .
