Robert Davidovits

Vice President of Sales

Robert Davidovits is responsible for VSGi’s revenue generating activities, including direct and partner sales, for all of the company’s products, services, and solutions. Joining VSGi in 2011, Mr. Davidovits was first responsible for the Mid-Atlantic region, and he quickly took that region to be one of the largest in VSGis national footprint. Customers have recognized Mr. Davidovits for his stellar service and for his ability to take complicated needs and deliver innovative, practical technology solutions. Mr. Davidovits has spent his entire career in the audio/visual technology integration marketplace, and continues to get excited by finding practical customer-focused uses for todays latest technologies. For the ten years prior to joining VSGi, Mr. Davidovits served as CEO for a firm he founded, a Los Angeles-based integration firm that specialized in designing and installing audio/visual, security, telephony, and access control solutions.

Todd Plumhoff

Vice President of Operations

Todd Plumhoff brings over twenty years of experience in telecommunications to VSGi. As Vice President of Operations, Mr. Plumhoff is responsible for delivering world class operations support to customers through VSGis 247 help desk, project management function, and field engineering. He is also responsible for VSGis network and conferencing services business unit. Mr. Plumhoff closely manages VSGis key partner relationships with manufacturers and vendors to ensure VSGi customers receive top service and support for any of VSGis products or services. Prior to joining VSGi, Mr. Plumhoff held product management, product marketing and business development positions with Net2000 and TriPoint Global Communications.

Marc Kremer

Vice President of Technology Services

Marc Kremer is responsible for VSGis pre-sales engineering efforts as well as all new technology initiatives, both internal and external, at the company. Mr. Kremer brings his in depth video, communications, and computer technology experience to customers both before and after the sale. Prior to joining VSGi, Mr. Kremer spent nine years at Tandberg in various operations positions with functional responsibility in order processing, purchasing, sales, engineering, project management, warehousing, systems, product development, and sales support. He has had direct experience in a wide variety of areas as Tandberg updated their operations systems and processes during a period of growth both in revenue and in operational complexity. For seven years before joining Tandberg, Mr. Kremer held various engineering and consulting positions. He has been a member of the Order of the Engineers of Quebec since 1991, and he serves as Director on two Boards, that of the Constance Lethbidge Rehabilitation Centre and of the Gesher Day School, where he is Vice President of Long Range Planning. Mr. Kremer received his BSCE in Civil Engineering from the University of Western Ontario.

David Knott

Vice President of Finance

David Knott has responsibility for the Finance function at VSGi and is based in the companys McLean, Virginia office. Previously, Mr. Knott was the Director of Finance for Zipcar, Inc., a venture-backed provider of transportation services. In that role Mr. Knott implemented the finance and control system, managed the system during a period of high growth and served as a member of the senior management team. Mr. Knott was also instrumental in both a debt and equity round of financing. For the eight years prior to joining Zipcar, he worked for two of the Big 5 accounting and consulting firms both in the United States and in Europe where he focused primarily on clients in the manufacturing and financial services industries assisting with international mergers and acquisitions as well as IPOs. Mr. Knott is a Certified Public Accountant and received a B.S. degree with high honors and an MBA from the University of Utah.
